Serves 4 – 6

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 lb hamburger
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
    • 4 tablespoons milk
    • salt
    • pepper

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic.
  2. Drain out fat and add soup, sour cream, mustard and milk.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste, and serve with egg noodles or rice.
