These Buffalo Ranch Crackers are great for snacking on during football games and holiday parties. I love the combination of oyster crackers and cheez-it’s covered in buffalo sauce and ranch. OMG! They are so hard to stop eating!! This recipe makes a lot of crackers. In addition to snacking, the Buffalo Ranch Crackers are great on top of soups and chili. The crackers will keep for a few weeks in a ziplock bag. I am totally guessing on two weeks because they never last that long at our house!

8 cups

  • 1 (9-oz) bag oyster crackers
  • 4 cups cheez-its
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 Tbsp buffalo sauce

Preheat oven to 250ºF.

Pour oyster crackers and cheez-its in a large bowl. Whisk together ranch mix, oil and buffalo sauce. Pour over crackers, toss well to coat.

Pour crackers on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through baking.
